In-progress design for fan poster art for the video game, "Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy."

In keeping with the franchise, it will be inspired by the Drew Struzan SW poster aesthetic, coupled with the Cartoon Network "Clone Wars" design motif I currently use.

Update #1: I've added Rosh, the Twins and assorted other elements to the composition. I might add a little more to the left side where the Twins are or scale up the speederbike and X-wing. Not too sure yet.

Update #2: Slowly but surely, I've been whittling away at this illustration. Presently, I've updated Rosh's head design and got it relatively accurate to his game model, integrated the Jedi Academy logo (making this a illustration/photo montage hybrid), and done a color and tone/highlight pass on Jaden.

Update #3: These are few and far between, but the news of Drew Struzan's retirement recently pushed me to look into doing more works inspired by his style. Coupled with the premiere of the Clone Wars TV show tonight, inspiration brought me back to this work-in-perpetual-progress.

Added Kyle to the mix here. Still unsure on how I'm going to blend his warm color palette into the overall cool blues of the piece, but I'll come up with something, I imagine. Also dropped in Alora and Rosh (although I can't get a solid lead on their eye colors. May have to go through the game again for more references). I've also added some pics of an X-Wing and the Raven's Claw for placement/size purposes -- they'll be rendered at a later date.

I also hear that there's a Jaden Korr novel in the works which may nullify my Jaden-as-Twi'lek female/clone of Aayla theory. Drat
