The seventh in a series of "Sin City" parody art. To me, Shellie seemed like someone who'd been kicked around quite a bit in her life, and her link between Jackie Boy and Dwight mirrored (of "fun-house mirrored" as the case may be) Khaleen's connection between Dooku and Quinlan Vos in the "Star Wars: Republic" comics. Ergo, Khaleen is my choice as Shellie :)

This is very cool, I love Khaleen,and she is my fave character from 'Republic' series (see username) It's really great to see Khaleen art cause she is often overlooked.

i don't know anything about either comic, but i did see the "Sin City" film . . . apart from all the underlying meaning, which seems to be pretty well-thought, the visual image alone is captivating. i particularly love the white splatter and "shelly/khaleen"s direct, confident posture. wonderful.

Thanks for the compliment mMathab, but some of these actually take me awhile. This one, for instance, has been in the works for about a month and a half as I worked out the different elements a little bit at a time. She was actually done last week but I didn't want to release another one so soon after the last.

Last one's done as well. I'll wait a little longer before I release it ;)
